Hi, My name is Leah Ross-Coke and I am excited to be the Day Camp Director. This is my 4th year working at Camp Jori. I have been working with the oldest campers for the last few years and this year am happy to work with the youngest campers. My two youngest boys have been attending camp for the last 6 years. My older children grew up at Camp Jori and continue to have friendships formed at camp.
I am a full time guidance counselor in Providence, RI. I co-teach a preschool program with Rabbi Aaron Philmus at Torat Yisrael in East Greenwich, RI where I have been a lifelong member, and currently am a board member of both the sisterhood and the Temple. I also sit on the Executive Board of Hadassah.
I will work passionately to provide a safe, stimulating and well-rounded program each and every session, enriched with activities and Camp Jori traditions that foster a strong self-image, social relationships, and skill development, all infused with fun, laughter and spirit. I believe that Jewish Camp is an important part of growing up and developing a positive self identity.
